Who we are
Our website address is: https://payitforher.org.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Contact forms
We collect the responses visitors type into contact forms. We collect this information in order to fulfill requests for support you submit, and in order to remain in compliance with tax regulation requirements. We may also use this data to stay in contact with you, though we will not be cluttering your inbox (1-2x/year unless you indicate desire for additional contact).
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
While we do not share your data with other organizations, if you click on a link hosted by a third-party website, that website may independently collect data about you, use cookies, embed tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content.
How long we retain your data
Form information you provide and its metadata may be retained indefinitely.
What rights you have over your data
You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you by emailing donorappreciation@payitforher.org. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for legal purposes.
Who we share your data with
We do not share your data with any third party except as applicable in fulfillment of your request for support.
How we protect your data
We use secure connections (look for the lock symbol on our pages). We collect donations through PayPal, using their security features to protect your information.
What data breach procedures we have in place
If we are notified or have reason to believe that your data has been breached, we will send email notifications to the email addresses of all parties believed to be affected.
What third parties we receive data from
We do not receive data from third parties, other than that which you authorize via PayPal if you make a donation.
